Store policy & returns
Did something go awry when ordering from our website, and we accidentally sent you the wrong paperback book? Has it been longer than the confirmation email outlined, and you still haven’t received your order? If so, please send us an email with your personal information and order number and we’ll get back to you within 2–4 business days with an update.
Orders shipping to the United Kingdom and Canada may take longer than usual to arrive due to customs and other procedures when books are shipping from the United States. Due to these factors, there might be a longer-than-usual delivery time for your order. If a US-based order does not arrive 30 days after the order was placed, we will offer a refund, offer to send you another book, direct you to a third-party retailer, or ask you to wait a week longer and provide you a digital version of the book.
Did you decide that you didn’t want the book you ordered or that it wasn’t what you expected? Send us an email within 30 days of your order’s shipment, and we’ll provide return shipping instructions; upon receipt of the book, we’ll refund the purchase price and any applicable taxes (as long as your order is unused and in a saleable condition). Shipping cost is non-refundable and we are unable to pay for return shipping—but hey, at least there are no restocking or processing fees. The funds will be returned to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase or through the PayPal account linked to the order.
With digital goods, we do not accept returns. Please do let us know if there’s an error with the file we sent, and we’ll make sure you get a working one!
